How far in advance do we have to book?
Simple answer - as early as possible, we get super booked up so get your bookings into us as early as you can to avoid any disappointment.
However, we will always do our absolute best to fit any booking in, even the last minute ones.
Do we have to pay straight away?
We ask for a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 24 hours prior to the party.
Please note that bookings are NOT confirmed until a deposit has been paid.
Can we cancel our booking?
You can change your booking anytime, however you will only get your deposit back if it’s 7 days prior to the party. We understand that things can happen (illness etc), and you might need to suddenly change your booking. This is no problem at all, we’ll do whatever we can to accommodate the change and transfer your deposit to the new booking.
Deposits are non-refundable once we’re into the 7 days prior to the party.
What do we need to do during the booking?
Not a lot really, we take full control whist we are there, however we do expect full parental/guardian supervision during the visit. We arrive with everything we need for our visit so you don’t need to provide us with anything other than knowing where you want us to set up.
We do ask that if there is a bouncy castle in the room, that we are not placed near it due to the noise.
